Scholarships

Pursuing your passion of caring for animals? We'd love to hear about your vision and help on your journey. FAMU and FSU students in veterinary medicine are invited to apply for a $1,000 scholarship from the Jeffery Bear Foundation.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be enrolled full-time at Florida A&M University or Florida State University.

  • Applicants must maintain a 3.0 GPA.

  • Applicants must be pursuing a career in veterinary medicine.

Document Requirements

  • A resume or CV

  • Unofficial academic transcript

  • Personal statement that describes the applicant's experience, accomplishments, and aspirations in veterinary medicine
